Finishing head screws for one-step cabinet installation
PWR CAB screws are specially designed for use in cabinet construction and installation. The #8 gauge 1-3/16″ PWR CAB is designed for “cabinet to cabinet” installation, as the threads are designed for fastening 2 pieces of 5/8″ melamine, while both #10-gauge PWR CAB are code-compliant for fastening the cabinets to the wall.
The unique no-pre-drilling “drill tip” of the PWR CAB prevents splitting and will allow this screw to work with both wood and metal studs. The super-wide head design with aggressive nibs provides both the necessary thrust and the best finish possible.
The PWR CAB can offer a flush, semi-countersunk, or completely countersunk finish and is supplied in colours to match most melamine used in modern cabinet interiors. The PWR CAB is also fully compatible with the 9/16″ adhesives caps for the most demanding jobs.
